Kris Jenner Shells Out $12M for a Lavish Coachella Getaway

According to news reports

, Kris Kardashian spent $12 million on this 7-bedroom, 11,000-square-foot getaway in La Quinta, California, near the site of the annual Coachella music festival. “The eight-figure sale is likely the most expensive single-family home to trade in the Coachella Valley since November 2016,” notes the Desert Sun newspaper, “when the iconic Bob Hope estate in Palm Springs sold for $13 million.”

The ultra-modern home overlooks the sixth fairway of the golf course within the gated Madison Club, which describes the homes within as embodying “the modern interpretation of California’s classic old-line country clubs.”

The home’s spectacular pool house offers covered outdoor spaces devoted to entertainment and al fresco dining, overlooking the shimmering pool.
