If you watched the show, you’ll remember Rennesouth, Mandy’s former workshop located in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. When her team outgrew the building, she saw the potential to convert the beautiful old space into three separate rental units.

Together with her team, Mandy was able to showcase the building’s original beauty, like exposed brick and sky high ceilings, while ensuring the units had all the modern comforts that vacationers would expect. It was truly a labour of love, and one that spoke to Mandy’s dedication to preserving historical architecture while revitalizing the town of Yarmouth.

“I put my whole heart into this project,” says Mandy. “My love of old buildings combined with my hometown pride made this renovation something very special to me.”
