Hotels.com recently revealed “Perfect Somewheres 2024,” the first-of-its-kind hotels of the year awards program that is based on how hotels treat their guests.
The “Perfect Somewheres” program celebrates a selection of the top 1 per cent of hotels in the Hotels.com app. Using a data-driven approach, winning hotels were selected based on proprietary guest experience data from their app, using criteria like guest interactions with staff, facilities featured at each property and the condition of the hotel.
The crown jewels atop the list of “Perfect Somewheres” are the following eight properties that “display the pinnacle of hospitality excellence across the globe in 2024,” including two swoon-worthy hotels in Scotland and a slice of history in Toronto.
