One of our most popular features is our monthly round-up of cheap houses across the country. However, we generally don’t include abandoned or derelict homes. But, for this collection, we specifically looked for dilapidated properties offering value and potential.
We turned to the folks at Zoocasa for their input. They helped pull together 10 listings from across the country that give you an idea of what’s currently available.
Of course, none of these properties can be considered mansions in Canada, but with a little (or a lot) of work, a couple might make an upcoming list of mansions for sale in Canada.
