Adam Levine is on the move, buying and selling properties like a wheeling, dealing real-estate mogul. The “Voice” coach recently sold his posh Manhattan apartment, purchased an L.A. mansion (and then looked to flip it a few months later) and then put another L.A. mansion on the market. Here’s a look at the various properties that Levine and his supermodel wife Behati Prinsloo have been selling.
NYC Loft
Adam Levine and wife Behati Prinsloo purchased this sweet SoHo loft in 2014, and put it on the market in 2016, asking $5.5 million. The fact that the couple was then expecting their first child may have had something to do with their decision to sell.
Interior Features
The interior of the NYC loft boasts exposed brick walls with arches and columns, 13-foot-high ceilings and huge windows.
Renovated Loft
Levine and Prinsloo renovated what was originally a three-bedroom apartment, combining the three bedrooms into this expansive master suite, complete with a dressing area, walk-in closet and a hot tub in the master bathroom.
Chic Accents
In the course of the renovation, the couple added such features as this pool table with inlaid accents and a chic chandelier.
Kitchen
The kitchen is warm and inviting, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Sold for $5.4M
According to reports, the home was sold in late 2016 to Nick Lucio (co-founder of shoe brand Dolce Vita), who paid $5.4 million, just shy of the $5.5 million asking price.
Beverly Crest Estate
Levine purchased this single-story, 7,100-square-foot home back in 2012 for a reported $4.83 million. In late 2017, he placed it on the market, asking significantly more: $15.9 million.
Vaulted Ceilings
The recently renovated Beverly Crest home has 7,100 square feet of interior living space, boasting high vaulted ceilings and walls of windows that let the L.A. sunshine beam in.
Media Room
The Beverly Crest home also includes this large screening room, with carpeted floors and walls, set up for comfort.
Levine’s Beverly Crest Mansion
The home includes an expansive great room, a den/library and a gym/spa. Windows throughout open to the landscaped grounds and offer canyon views.
Wood and Stone
The custom kitchen features wood cabinets and large centre island, complemented by stone flooring, with a wall of windows overlooking the backyard pool.
Windows Galore
Levine’s Beverly Crest mansion features floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, taking full advantage of the canyon view offered from the prestigious location.
B-Ball Court
When Levine feels like getting his game on, he heads to this regulation-sized basketball court, complete with lighting to accommodate night games.
Beverly Crest Pool
A stone patio surrounds the large swimming pool, offering some spectacular Los Angeles views.
Holmby Hills Home
Levine and Prinsloo purchased this five-bedroom home in Bel Air’s Holmby Hills neighbourhood, paying a reported $18 million. Four months later, the couple put the home on the market, listed at $18.9 million.
Bel Air Estate
The French Regency-style Holmby Hills estate is plenty large, boasting 9,200 square feet of living space, along with a two-bedroom guest house. Other features include several formal rooms, an office/den and the circular foyer seen here, which is lined with checkerboard marble.
Country Club Adjacent
The Holmby Hills home was designed by acclaimed architect Caspar Ehmcke, and is situated on a landscaped parcel of land that shares a long with the posh Los Angeles Country Club.
‘Outdoor Oasis’
The rear of the home opens to what is described as an “outdoor oasis,” with the focal point of the outdoor living space the quatrefoil-shaped pool, accented by a poolside cabana.
Lush and Tropical
There’s a decidedly tropical feel to the pool deck area, surrounded by lush palm trees and other vegetation.
