HGTV’s hit show Battle on the Beach is returning for its third season and we couldn’t be more excited. Hosts and coaches Alison Victoria (Windy City Rehab), Ty Pennington (Rock the Block), and Taniya Nayak (Build it Forward) return to help mentor three teams of up-and-coming designers as they compete to see who can bring the best and most profitable designs to their beachfront home. Now that Alison and Taniya each have a victory of their own, Ty will be especially eager to win.
In preparation for the season kickoff, we’ve rounded up everything you need to know about season three of Battle on the Beach.
Watch the premiere of Battle on the Beach season three Sunday, June 4 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on HGTV Canada, also available on the Global TV App and on STACKTV with Amazon Prime Video Channels, fuboTV, Rogers Ignite TV, and Ignite SmartStream.
The Judges
Like in previous seasons, teams will be competing to impress the judges. This season those judges will be none other than HGTV Canada’s Bryan and Sarah Baeumler of Island of Bryan. They’re leaving Caerula Mar Club and heading to mainland of Gulf Shores to decide which reno is a cut above.

The Teams
With a new season comes new teams and designers. Although, in past seasons teams competed by renovating three identical homes, this time there’s a twist. This time the team that wins the first challenge will have an additional 200 square feet to work with. Will it go to friends Ashley Basnight and Steve Lewis, married couple Ryan and Kelsey Mansingh, or friends Ben Argall and Pete Meldrum? You’ll have to tune in to see which house and mentor each team gets to work with as they fight to win the $50,000 grand prize.

The Coaches
After season one and two, Ty Pennington is the only coach without a victory. Will the Rock the Block host manage to Ty (see what we did there?) things up? Or will Alison or Taniya manage to extend the lead? The three will compete over six weeks, helping their teams manage their $90,000 budgets, so that they can impress the judges and take home the glory.
