While his latest film A Star is Born racks up rave reviews and big bucks at the box office, Bradley Cooper can celebrate the accolades from the confines of his new Manhattan townhouse, located not far from Washington Square Park in NYC’s Greenwich Village. Take a look inside the gorgeous 4,000-square-foot home he reportedly purchased for a cool $13.5 million.
Bright and Spacious
According to the Wall Street Journal
, the 43-year-old actor/director quietly purchased the charming red-brick townhouse back in May, through a business entity called “The Cool Trust.” Among the features evident in this bright, spacious living room are the wide-plank hardwood floors, remote-controlled gas fireplace with an original wood mantel and floor-to-ceiling French doors lining the entire exterior wall.
Indoor-Outdoor Flow
Boasting 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms within more than 4,000 square feet of interior living space, there’s no feeling cramped in this spacious home. Three sets of French doors open to the expansive outdoor deck, providing a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces that can be enjoyed on a summer New York day.
Warm and Rustic
The open-concept dining room, adjoining the fully renovated kitchen, boasts exposed wood beams to add an earthy warmth that melds with the weathered reclaimed wood floors.

Modern Kitchen
The modern kitchen maintains a farmhouse feel while still being outfitted with stainless steel appliances, including a double-door refrigerator, a dual stove top and a centre island featuring a second sink, accommodating casual bar-style seating. On the right is a glimpse of the staircase leading to the upper floors.
Expansive Master Bedroom
The large master bedroom – one of the home’s six bedrooms – features three large windows, each with an additional transom-style window above it, flooding the room with natural light. The master also boasts its own fireplace.
Master Bath
Adjoining the master bedroom is this spacious bathroom, with a stone-tiled step-in shower, dual vanities and a vintage-style cast-iron soaker tub. A pair of large skylights offer ample natural light.
Finished Basement
The finished basement features this large yet cozy-feeling media room outfitted with surround sound, along with a temperature-controlled wine cellar that can accommodate 1,000 bottles.
Outdoor Oasis
Outdoor privacy is a rarity in the Big Apple, and one of the most impressive aspects of this townhouse is the 1,100 square feet of exterior living space, including a grassy lawn along with a large deck, outfitted with built-in seating, a massive grill and even a ping-pong table.
Divine Deck
When in New York, Cooper, partner Irina Shayk and their infant daughter can enjoy this charming outdoor space, offering all the privacy an internationally famous movie star would desire. The private garden/deck area is accessed by French doors via the dining room/kitchen.
Bradley Cooper’s NYC townhouse is pretty sweet, but it’s downright modest compared to the $45M Malibu mansion recently sold by Cindy Crawford.
