, the 43-year-old actor/director quietly purchased the charming red-brick townhouse back in May, through a business entity called “The Cool Trust.” Among the features evident in this bright, spacious living room are the wide-plank hardwood floors, remote-controlled gas fireplace with an original wood mantel and floor-to-ceiling French doors lining the entire exterior wall.

Boasting 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms within more than 4,000 square feet of interior living space, there’s no feeling cramped in this spacious home. Three sets of French doors open to the expansive outdoor deck, providing a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces that can be enjoyed on a summer New York day.
