Step 3 – Sand

Once the plywood pieces are cut, use an orbital sander fitted with 120 grit sandpaper to smooth out the sides and edges.

Step 4 – Paint, Stain or Seal

At this point, you can paint or stain your boards for a custom look!  Be sure to seal with a clear coat to protect your boards.

Step 7 – Plan Placement on Wall

Before hanging your photo boards, plan their arrangement on the wall. Consider spacing, symmetry, and overall aesthetic appeal. Once you’re satisfied with the layout, mark the positions with a pencil.

Step 8 – Hang Photo Boards:

Using the marks as a guide, tap in nails or insert wall anchors into the drywall at the designated spots. Ensure the nails are level and securely in place.

Step 9 – Display Your Photos:

Now comes the fun part! Insert your favourite photos, artwork, or notes into the wooden clothespins on each photo board. Mix and match to create a display that reflects your personal style. Feel free to make any adjustments or add more photo boards as needed.
