I can feel something inside me say… Cher (aka the “Goddess of Pop”) listed her Miami mansion for a show-stopping price of $42.5 million.
The 12,450-square-foot Spanish-style estate features six bedrooms, six full bathrooms and three half baths. Located in the prestigious gated community of La Gorce Island, which connects by bridge to Miami Beach, the property sits on the island’s pristine coastline on two-thirds of an acre, and has around 158 feet of unobstructed waterfront views.
The multi-talented singer, actress and fashion icon first purchased the home in 1993. After adding her own Cher-like personal touches, she sold it to Calvin Klein co-founder Barry K. Schwartz three years later.
