Christina has given birth to a healthy, beautiful baby boy! Hudson London Anstead was born on Sept. 6. He weighed in at 7 pounds, 7 ounces and was 19.5 inches long. “Our hearts are SO full of love and joy!” Christina wrote in an Instagram post. This is the first child for Christina and her husband, Wheelers Dealers host Ant Anstead.

Hudson was welcomed enthusiastically into the family by brother Braydon James, and sister Taylor Reese. Christina had her other beautiful children with with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, her Flip or Flop co-host.

In March, the 36-year-old star dropped the exciting news of her pregnancy to her fans on Instagram. She wrote, “@ant_anstead and I are so excited to announce #babyansteadthis coming this September!! The kids are all so excited to meet their new sibling.”

Good news for longtime fans of Flip or Flop! There’s no bad blood between Tarek and Ant. In fact, Christina wished her ex-husband a happy Father’s Day this past June on Instagram, in the midst of her babymoon with husband Ant. “Happy Father’s Day to all the great dads out there,” she wrote on her account. “Dad, thank you for always pushing me to try my hardest and introducing me to my love of travel – Carly and I are grateful for you and mom. Ant, thank you for being an amazing stepdad to my kids, all our children are so lucky to have you! Happy Father’s Day to Tarek who Taylor and Brayden love and adore. To all the Dads out there – enjoy your day!”

In late 2017, Christina started dating British TV host Ant Anstead. According to multiple sources, it was love at first sight! Like Christina, Ant’s a TV personality who hosts his own series and he’s also a recent divorcee – he split from his wife in 2016, the same year Christina and Tarek called it quits. When Ant and Christina first started dating, the Brit turned to a very famous pal for advice: Prince Harry! While Ant has kept mum about what Harry told him, it was surely good advice – he managed to turn his own royal romance with an American, Meghan Markle, into a walk down the aisle celebrated around the world.

Awhile back, Christina accompanied Ant on a work trip to his native England, where she reportedly spent time with his family. No word on whether they stopped by the palace to meet Ant’s old pal Prince Harry!

While Christina and ex-husband Tarek have moved on to new creative projects, they’re continuing to film Flip or Flop despite their split. The couple hasn’t been shy about giving fans a firsthand look at how their relationship has changed since their divorce. “I think because our divorce was so public and there were so many stories and false stories and so much going on, that for us, actually including some of our real life into the show is important,” Christina said on Good Morning America.

When it came time to find a new place, Christina splashed out, spending more than double what she did on her last home. Her new abode? A four-bedroom, four-bath mansion in Newport Beach with a price tag of $4.1 million (USD). Watch the moment when she told her kids about the big move. Meanwhile, Tarek purchased a very modern home in the exact same neighbourhood. Not only are the two neighbours, many online have also pointed out that when it was time to find new digs, they ended up purchasing very similar homes.

Inspired by her “darkest days” post-split from Tarek and the counsel that helped her get through it, Christina has announced plans to open a drug and alcohol rehab centre. The project is partnership with an old friend, Cassie Zebisch, and her pastor, Tim Storey. The interior decorator says she believes the new project is “her calling.”

While she’s in good place now, post-split, Christina has been candid about just how bad things got in her marriage to Tarek, telling People, “I felt like I was drowning…I was doing whatever I could to stay above water…just get through the day.” Despite the dark period she went through during the 2016 breakup, Christina found an apt metaphor for the year she spent creating a new life for herself after: she sees it as a “rebuild.”

Their divorce made for headline-grabbing drama, but according to Christina, co-parenting with Tarek post-split has been smooth sailing. The couple still attends school functions as a pair and has maintained a schedule for the kids that allows them both to work and travel. “Somehow we managed to build something even bigger than we had before,” she told People.
