Now that the Toronto Raptors are in the NBA Finals, all anyone can talk about is whether the team’s star player, Kawhi Leonard, will stay once his contract is up at the end of the season. And, Raptors fans are desperate to keep him on the team. That includes Toronto’s The Condo Store, who is making Leonard an amazing offer: stick around and he’ll receive a multimillion-dollar penthouse condo, absolutely free! Check out some of the potential condos that could be Kawhi Leonard’s home if he re-signs with the Raptors.
Kawhi’s New Home?
Could this be Kawhi Leonard’s new Toronto home? That’s the pitch coming from Toronto real estate firm The Condo Store, offering him a penthouse condo like this one if he decides to return to the Toronto Raptors.

Luxury Penthouse
If Leonard re-signs with the Raptors, The Condo Store is offering to gift him a luxury penthouse condo in one Toronto’s most prestigious hotel residences, allowing him to choose from condos in the Shangri-La, the Four Seasons, the Ritz Carlton or the St. Regis, with values ranging from $2 to $5 million. If this was Kawhi Leonard’s house, we wonder how he’d choose to decorate.

Let’s Make a Deal!
“I’d be happy, on behalf of The Condo Store, to work out a deal in any of the towers that he prefers,” said CEO Simon S. Mass in an interview with Livabl_ about his offer to gift Kawhi Leonard a Toronto home. “Based on his contract – whether it’s one-year, two-year or three-year – we would make sure that he has his own place to stay, as a sign of our support to the team and the city.”
Condo Built for a King
“From the minute he came onboard, he’s been our star player and he’s the one that’s been keeping the team in the playoffs. From day one, the question has been, ‘Is he going to sign a contract next year?’ He’s never given an answer to any questions in regards to this and a lot of the major teams are trying to get him. So what can we throw at him to make him want to stay? We want to get the support of the city behind Kawhi and ensure he’s comfortable in a multimillion-dollar condo that is built for a king,” says Mass of the reasoning behind his offer.
An Offer He Can’t Refuse?
, Mass explains what started as an outside-the-box idea became a concrete offer. “It was a five-minute conversation that wasn’t discussed again until Monday night when I brought it up with an associate of mine,” Mass said. “And he said I should seriously consider putting the offer out there officially. Which is exactly what we did…”
A Real Offer
“I know a few players and they all seem to stay in very high-end, condo-hotel residences,” Mass told USA Today. “And considering there are four major buildings in downtown Toronto that fall into that category, I made some inquiries and felt 100 per cent comfortable in making the offer publicly.”
Posh Penthouse Living
If Leonard were to accept the offer, he could call a condo such as this one his home, boasting all the bells and whistles associated with a penthouse unit in one of Toronto’s poshest hotels.
Best of the Best
“We want to do what we can to ensure that our MVP stays in Toronto where he is loved and respected for being the ‘best of the best’ for the basketball-loving public of Toronto and Canada,” Mass told Narcity.

Keeping Kawhi
Raptors fans are hoping that Toronto will be the city that Kawhi Leonard calls home. “We appreciate his efforts to date and his future commitment to Canada’s only NBA franchise,” Mass added.
Kawhi’s California Mansion
If Leonard does accept the gift of a condo to call home, it won’t be his only one. The California native also owns this lavish mansion in San Diego’s Rancho Santa Fe community, which he purchased for $13.3 million earlier this year.

Custom Kitchen
The kitchen in Kawhi Leonard’s California home is completely tricked out and is beyond large, with seating for six at the massive centre island.
Seven Bedrooms
The 13,000-square-feet mansion has seven bedrooms, each its own self-contained suites, while the customized master suite boasts two dressing rooms and a spa-like ensuite bathroom (one of 11 within the home). According to records obtained by the Los Angeles Times, Leonard’s California home was originally listed at $15.995 million at the time of sale, meaning he bought the place for nearly $2.7 million under asking.
However, Raptors fans are hoping that in addition to this house in California, Kawhi Leonard will have a home (and job) in Toronto, too.
