Less than a year after purchasing the place for just over $15 million, Jennifer Lopez and boyfriend Alex Rodriguez are listing this spectacular 4,000-square-foot Manhattan condo – and they’re asking $17.5M. Located on the always-desirable Park Avenue, this 3-bedroom, 4.5-bath stunner is everything you’d expect one of the world’s most famous women and a legendary MLB star to call home – even if just for awhile.
432 Park Avenue
In spring 2018, Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez purchased a 4,000-square-foot condo in one of Manhattan’s most prestigious buildings, the slim, tall tower at 432 Park Avenue, reportedly paying $15.3 million for the 36th-floor condo.
This isn’t J.Lo’s only home: check out the $28 million, 17,000-square-foot Bel Air mansion she picked up back in 2016.
Too Small
While 4,000 square feet may seem plenty spacious, it reportedly wasn’t enough for the couple’s blended family (each has two children from their previous relationships). On the hunt for something bigger in NYC, the 3-bedroom, 4.5-bath condo is now being listed. “They love the building, but when their kids are all together, it’s too small,” a source told the New York Post. “They need something bigger for the family.”
A Tidy Profit
If the condo sells for the $17.5 million they’re asking, this will give the couple a profit of more than $2 million in less than a year: not bad in such a brief period of time. Whoever purchases the property will enjoy the use of this private elevator, outfitted with sleek, black lacquered walls.
Entrance Gallery
The elevator opens to this lengthy entrance gallery, which leads to the open-concept living/dining area, boasting gorgeous solid oak floors in a herringbone pattern.
Living Room/Dining Room
Situated on the corner of the building, the combination living/dining room boasts 12-and-a-half-foot ceilings and a quartet of massive 10-foot-square single-pane windows.

Family Den

Bedroom #1
At the south end of the condo are two perfect guest bedrooms. This one features plenty of light from a 10-foot square window.
Bedroom #2
The other guest bedroom, outfitted with bunk beds, also features a large light-bringing window.
Additional Bathroom
This bathroom, adjacent to the smaller bedrooms, features a tub/shower combo and more of that luxurious marble.
