With all the hype surrounding Renee Zellweger’s Oscar-winning performance in Judy, it’s no surprise that there’s been a recent uptick in interest in the life and (troubled) times of screen icon Judy Garland. The Los Angeles home where the singer-actress once resided in the 1940s with then-husband Vincente Minnelli and their daughter, Liza, is back on the market for a relatively modest $6.129 million. From the expansive backyard and swimming pool to the spa-like bathrooms and jaw-dropping guest house, this mansion is an absolute dream for design (and movie) buffs. Although Sammy Davis Jr. later purchased the five-bedroom, 4,999-square-foot Hollywood Hills property, it’s still best remembered as one of Judy’s earliest homes. If only these walls could talk!

Somewhere … Over Hollywood Hills
Somewhere over the rainbow, film icon Judy Garland once lived on this expansive Hollywood Hills property in the 1940s with then-husband Vincente Minnelli and their daughter, Liza. Although not entirely isolated, the mansion no doubt afforded the famous family some semblance of privacy thanks to all the trees.
