With a listing price of $350 million Euros – US$410 million, or approximately $515 million Canadian – Villa de Cedres has topped all previous records to become the most expensive residential property in the world.
Villa Les Cèdres
Surrounded by tropical plants, Villa Les Cedres is situated on the coast of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, France, and is currently owned by Italian distiller Davide Campari-Milano SpA, which acquired the property in 2016.
