After years of dominating our Instagram feeds with the most outrageous, beautiful and unique homes on the market, it feels only natural that the beloved Zillow Gone Wild Instagram account is getting its very own HGTV show. Hosted by actor and comedian Jack McBrayer, the new show will tour America’s wackiest and wildest homes that have recently been on the real estate market. From stunning architectural design to extremely questionable decor choices, we have a feeling you won’t find an eclectic mix of jaw-dropping homes like these anywhere else.
To give you a taste of what to expect from the show, read on for the most unique homes featured on Zillow Gone Wild’s Instagram so far this year.

Domestead
This one-of-a-kind geodesic dome home in Los Angeles, California was designed by architect William King, and its unique shape and design really lend to its charm. Featuring soft, curved walls, interesting architectural details everywhere the eye can see and even an outdoor shower overlooking the garden, it’s easy to daydream about living in this rare oasis. Listed at $2.3 million, it feels like a steal!
Paris Café
From the exterior of this average-looking Liberty Lake, Washington house, you’d probably never guess that it’s home to a Parisian café. Reminiscent of the Paris Las Vegas hotel, it’ll have you saying “un croissant, s’il vous plait”. This three bed, three bath home features a massive crafting room and sits on a 14 acre lot. While the $1.25 million dollar price tag may seem steep, we can confirm it’s definitely still cheaper than moving to Paris.

Hidden Hollow Ranch
This former home of Nascar legend Tony Stewart feels a bit more like a luxury resort than a house. It features a trout steam in the entry, an 8700 gallon freshwater aquarium, a kitchen with hibachi and a commercial-grade exhaust system, bowling alley, golf simulator, lighted onyx bar, a 9-acre stocked lake, and elk, deer and turkey to hunt on the property. At almost 20,000 square feet, the $22.5 million dollar price tag comes as no surprise.
The Haunted Mansion
This house may appear to be the most “normal” on the whole list, but its actually anything but: This six bed, six bath home in Duluth, Georgia is an exact replica of Disney’s The Haunted Mansion — yes, really. It’ll set you back a cool $2.2 million, but think of the Halloween party opportunities!
Lazy River Ranch
This three bed, five bath mansion in Boerne, Texas may be $4.85 million, but having your very own lazy river in your backyard is simply priceless. The classic farmhouse interior of this house is perfectly fine, but the winding lazy river just behind the house is what really sets it apart: featuring a beautiful fire pit at the centre of the lazy river, this is the ultimate party pad for adults and kiddos alike.

Mermaid’s Bed and Breakfast
We can guarantee that you’ve never seen anything like this mermaid-themed bed and breakfast in Crystal River, Florida before. While the aquatic-inspired interior might not be everyone’s cup of tea, it certainly has its own kitschy charm. The backyard features an open pool that local manatees love to frequent at all hours of the day. It’s an investment at $3.3 million, but there’s no doubt it’ll be a tourist attraction.
Grain Silo
This $500,000 home made out of a grain silo takes the term “farmhouse” to a whole new level. Sitting on 10 acres of land, this 2000 square foot property has an industrial feel and curved layout unlike any other. We have a feeling a few area rugs and houseplants would instantly warm up this interior — and can you imagine how cozy it would be during a rainstorm as the droplets hit the roof?

Getty House
Designed by world-renowned architect Thomas Juul-Hansen, this stunning Brentwood, California home is considered the sister of the nearby Getty Museum because it uses the same alabastrino travertine stone. The $68 million dollar price tag reflects the high quality materials used in every detail of the home: From the home theatre to the fitness studio to the wine cellar, no expense was spared on this almost 15,000 square foot home with views of the Pacific Ocean and downtown LA.
Ultra-Modern Ski Chalet
We love to see some Canadian representation on Zillow Gone Wild, and this stunning Whistler, British Columbia home does not disappoint. Designed by Patkau Architects, the exterior reminds us of Toronto’s Art Gallery of Ontario, and the interior feels a bit like the Cullen house in Twilight, which also happens to be located in BC. Listed just under $12 million dollars, this three bed, five bath, 4,500 square foot home is an ultra-modern oasis in Canada’s skiing central.

Rainbow Home
Sunken living rooms are an often dismissed relic of ‘70s decor, but this stunningly colourful update has us hoping they make a comeback. This $1.25 million Pauma Valley, California home incorporates bright colour in such a fun and lively way, it takes dopamine decorating to a whole new level. The 4000 square foot, 3 bed, 3 and a half bath home definitely isn’t for everyone, but we just love the idea of attending a swanky party here.
