Follow these easy steps to make your own mushroom lamp DIY.

Materials:
- Glass cylinder vase
- Large shallow bowl
- Paint
- Baking Soda
- Paintbrush
- Battery-operated twinkle lights
- Glue gun
Step One: Mix one part baking soda and 2 parts paint together to make a textured consistency.
Step Two: With this mixture, paint the outsides of both the vase and the bowl.
Step Three: Use hot glue to adhere battery-operated twinkle lights to the inside of the bowl. Be sure to leave room for the cord and battery pack to reach the bottom of the vase once together.
Step Four: Turn on the twinkle lights, and place the battery pack inside of the vase.
Step Five: Place the bowl on top of the vase to complete the mushroom lamp!
