A Lackluster Landing
Vashti’s home was a century home that had been made into a triplex. This meant that the property had tremendous character and features. Unfortunately, it also meant that the house had begun to show its age. To attract the kind of tenants she hoped for, the team needed to transform the main level into a chic escape. To do so, they had to repair any damage that house had accrued in its age. From there, the team had a solid platform to create a truly luxurious space that still maintained its charm and history.

Executive Elegance
To give the unit that elevated, executive suite feeling, ambiance was crucial. Nicole and Caffery wanted to create a sense of luxury and opulence. The team accomplished this by installing high end fixtures, accompanied by rich colours and textures throughout. Of course, no matter how good the designs of a space are, lighting can make or break a room. So, the Styled team were sure to add recessed lighting to give the whole space a mature and relaxed feel.
