Often when we see renovations, it’s a gut job replacing worn down rooms from previous owners. However, most renovations don’t need to be so intensive. Sometimes a home just needs a refresh in styling and functionality as your tastes and needs change. This was the case for homeowners Sarah and Shawn. Having been in the home for fifteen years they were comfortable in the space, but the few things they wanted to change stuck out to them, making certain places in the home less enjoyable. With a teenaged son in the house, it was important for them to make their own space a home oasis all their own. So, they called Nicole Babb, Caffery Vanhorne and the Styled team. From there the team got to work creating a home oasis like no other.

Lacking Flavour
Your bedroom should reflect your tastes and style. Unfortunately, this bedroom didn’t have any personality. Luckily, the drab decor was an easy fix and the team was able to focus on styling the space rather than making large repairs. Just because something isn’t broken doesn’t mean it can’t be fixed. These easy stylistic changes made it so that the rest of the renovation budget could be dedicated to the ensuite and laundry closet.
