Smokey’s Place
Located in Encino, California, the new 10,600-square-foot home of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards and her real-estate magnate husband is known as “the Smokey Robinson Estate,” as it was once owned by the “Tears of a Clown” singer. According to the home’s listing, a recent renovation “crafted the ultimate trophy residence with unparalleled grace, and grandeur that matches Smokey’s inimitable style.”
Colonial-Style Grandeur
The colonial-style home was originally built in 1921, with subsequent renovations taking care to retain the grand splendour of the original home – certainly evident in this elegant entrance foyer.
