Pop sensation Selena Gomez is looking to part ways with her massive mansion in Fort Worth, Texas, which has all the celebrity amenities you’d expect but at a relatively reasonable price of only $3 million.
Selena’s Spread
It was just last year that Selena Gomez purchased this huge 10,000-square-foot mansion in Fort Worth in order to be closer to friends and family back in her home state. For reasons that aren’t exactly clear, she’s now looking to sell the home, with an asking price of $2.999 million.
Sprawling Estate
Gomez’s Texas estate isn’t exactly what you’d call “cozy.” Sitting on a sprawling 1.5-acre lot, the massive mansion boasts five bedrooms and six baths, along with a saltwater swimming pool and regulation-sized tennis court.
Courtyard
Shielded by trees, the stone walls and pavers in this meticulously designed courtyard are more evocative of a European castle than the Texas mansion of a former Disney Channel star.
A Grand Entry
Entering Selena Gomez’s home is definitely a memorable experience, thanks to the stone flooring and grand wooden staircase leading to the second level. A cozy front parlour with an intricate fireplace mantel adjoins the foyer.
Parlour
Adjoining the foyer, this sun-drenched front room has been configured as a place to eat or possibly just gather around a large table, with the room boasting an unapolagetically eclectic design scheme.
Cool Kitchen
A bar-style marble-topped island is the centrepiece of the totally modern kitchen, with honey-hued wood cabinetry and Art Deco-inspired hanging light fixtures.
Open Concept
The open-concept kitchen adjoins the dining room, where Gomez no doubt enjoyed numerous Texas-style dinners with friends and family, with the layout encouraging socializing and entertaining.
Family Room
A rural, rustic feel blends with stylish sophistication in the family room, which opens to the kitchen.
Dining Room
The dining room features a rustic wood table and funky wrought-iron chandelier, with a huge picture window overlooking the pool deck.
Massive Master
The home’s master bedroom is as spacious as you’d expect to find in a 10,000-square-foot house, with a custom closet system. In fact, there are actually two master suites in addition to a guest room downstairs, and two additional private bedrooms upstairs, all with ensuites.
Tranquil Ensuite
Tranquility is the order of the day in this expansive ensuite, boasting the warmth of honey-coloured wood and a large soaker tub, the perfect place for an international pop sensation to unwind after a long day in the studio.
Screening Room
The movie theatre-inspired screening room features a cloud-like faux finish, while Gomez and her guests could sink back into comfy big recliners to enjoy a movie. “She is so busy, she ended up only spending holidays there,” the singer’s listing agent told a Texas blog. “Her work schedule takes her all over the place. But she really loved hanging out with her family in that media room.”
Private Office
When it’s time to get some work done, Gomez could retreat to this large, well-lit office area, with plenty of built-in wood shelving, opening to a hallway that accesses the pool deck through a set of French doors.
Games Room
Here’s the room where Gomez and her pals could kick back and party, maybe play some pool and listen to the jukebox while enjoying a drink at the bar.
Saltwater Pool
The ideal way to cool down on a hot Texas afternoon, this stunning saltwater pool even features its own waterslide, diving board and hot tub.
View From Above
This aerial view of the pool showcases the large, inviting pool deck area, as well as the fire pit off to the left.
Outdoor Entertaining
This covered deck is open to the outdoors, with comfy outdoor furniture positioned to create a comfy outdoor gathering space that’s perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing.
Inside Meets Outside
Seen from within, this is the perfect set up for enjoying a roaring blaze in the fireplace on a cool Texas night.
Putting Green
The perfect place to work on one’s short game, this backyard putting green is a golfer’s paradise.
