A Real Estate Record
Tyler Perry sold his home in 2016 for $17.5 million, the highest price paid for a home in the history of Atlanta. The home was sold again – to Steve Harvey – for $15 million in May 2020. Even though it was sold for $2.5 million less than the 2016 sale price, it’s still the city’s most expensive home.
